Schedule and Membership

Carmel Weightlifting Club Currently Offers:

Classes : For beginners through advanced lifters to hone their technique and power under the supervision of USAW coaches. This membership will be conducted on a month to month basis.

Three Kings Crossfit Location 

  • Tuesday 4:30-5:30
  • Thursday 4:30-5:30

Small Group(Rates Upon Request): For lifters who can not make the team time or would like a smaller setting to work with coaches.  This option can be customized to fit around your group’s schedule

Private Instruction($65 a Session): One on one coaching and personalized programming to reach your goals.  This option can also be customized to fit around your schedule.
